Crisis Committee

The Crisis Committee is a fast-paced MUN committee that strives to reflect the UN's main bodies. Instead of representing countries like other committees, delegates are required to participate as an ambassador, a news reporter, or a fictional character, subject to the committee. In the conference, each delegate needs to achieve the goals of declaring their role’s viewpoint and closing the debate by collecting substantial information about social, political, and economic power, which is measured by the transformation from “out-of-room” to “in-room”. The crisis committee is comprised of two main forums.

Agenda
1. Strengthening Global Cooperation for Sustainable Arctic Governance amid Rising Geopolitical Tensions

2. Establishing a Post-New START Framework for Strategic Arms Control and Verifiable Nuclear Disarmament
